九江限塑“动起来”：打包袋、吸管、餐盒逐步换装

text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">此前国家推出“限塑令”，希望能够有效减少生活中不可降解塑料袋的使用，减少环境污染。当时九江各商家针对此政策的做法是，提倡居民自带购物袋购物，如果确需使用塑料购物袋可以付费购买，希望通过付费的形式限制市民对塑料购物袋的需求，但收效甚微。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">“一开始我还会包里放一个布的购物袋，但是后来觉得太麻烦，买一个袋子也就是两三毛钱，一个饭盒也就是一块钱，又不占自己的地方，用完就扔，图个方便。”市民吴女士在事业单位上班，针对国家政策她是十分支持的，但是此前没有强制禁止使用塑料制品，她也就“花钱买方便”了。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="text-indent: 28px;">时隔12年，“限塑令”再度升级。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;">2020年初，国家发改委、生态环境部等九部门联合印发《关于扎实推进塑料污染治理工作的通知》明确到2020年底，直辖市、省会城市、计划单列市城市建成区的商场、超市、药店、书店等场所以及餐饮打包外卖服务和各类展会活动，禁止使用不可降解塑料袋，集贸市场规范和限制使用不可降解塑料袋。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;">记者在九江一家大型超市中发现，这里已经没有了传统的塑料购物袋，全部换成了可循环可降解的无纺布袋。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;">记者走访市区大润发、联盛超市等多家大型超市，在超市商品区域的显眼位置摆放了可循环使用的无纺布袋，供消费者选购。但在收银区域，不可降解的普通塑料袋仍在使用。超市方面表示，已经订购可降解的塑料购物袋，但因为供货紧张，尚未大批到货。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;">值得一提的是，记者发现，超市里面自带购物袋的顾客较以前明显多了起来。对此，有消费者告诉记者，相比以前的塑料购物袋，现在推广的无纺布袋和可降解塑料袋贵了不少，所以最近出门逛商场都会考虑自己带购物袋。</p><p></p><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="101597"><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;">节日期间，在九江街头各类餐饮店走访时发现，很多大型餐饮企业，包括各品牌奶茶店、咖啡店都已经不再提供一次性塑料吸管，大部分换成了纸质吸管，也有的改成了聚乳酸可降解吸管，还有一部分用可直接饮用的杯盖来代替。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;">记者走访发现，九方购物中心的奈雪、一点点等知名品牌已经换上了环保纸质吸管。“扫码关注我们的公众号，可以赠送一个环保杯盖。”有奶茶店的店员正在向顾客推荐可直接饮用的杯盖。一楼的肯德基外带也换上了环保购物袋，记者在肯德基自助点餐APP上看到，每份咖啡如需外带需要加收0.3元的购物袋费用，但是实际过程中，虽然没有付费，但是肯德基还是用上了标号为53的生物可降解塑料袋。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;">而在联盛快乐城的瑞幸咖啡则免除了吸管的使用，改用环保杯盖代替。针对有的顾客需要吸管需，店员也都一一耐心解释。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;">记者在走访中发现，九江目前大部分连锁奶茶店已经按照规定给吸管“换装”，但是还有部分的奶茶店没有按照规定换成环保的可降解吸管。记者在九方购物中心三楼的“果盖”看到，收银台旁边的习惯区的架子上仍然摆放着塑料吸管。老板表示，这些吸管是之前进的还没用完，待用完就会更换环保吸管。</p><p></p><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="101597"><p style="margin-top: 10px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">近几年，外卖行业飞速发展，外卖饭盒的需求也与日俱增。1月2日，记者在“美团外卖”APP上的一家餐饮店点了餐。五十分钟后，外卖员送餐，打开塑料包装袋，里面依旧是塑料饭盒，饭盒的底部写着PP5的标准环保盒。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">经过查询，PP5塑料餐具虽然无毒害、耐高温，但是其本身仍然是不可降解的，和“环保餐具”可降解还有不小的差距。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">不仅于此，市民严先生在一家餐馆吃完饭，本着不浪费的原则，打包未吃完的饭菜，店员拿来的依旧是不可降解的塑料饭盒。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">经过走访一圈下来记者发现，目前，九江大部分超市基本都已经更换成了可降解塑料袋，部分奶茶饮品店也开始采用了纸质环保吸管，但外卖餐饮店使用环保餐具的情况却仍然不太理想。</p><p></p><section class="_135editor" data-role="paragraph"><p><br/></p><p style="text-align: justify;
