中国的房产虽然人为性很强，既不希望疯涨又不希望暴跌，采取稳步游移，不出乱子，但方向性制度性已露端倪那就是“房住不炒”是总纲，百姓住居解小康，十年房价会暴跌，大庇草民上高堂。尽管地方政府还想保住“房子政绩”，恐怕已经是“朝不保夕”。
事情总是处在不断变化之中，房价势头朝下已经是不可逆转，所谓三天一小变，五天一变，十五天一节变......我们希望在“房住不炒”大前提下，国家将建章立制......租购并举的住房制度，让尽可能实现全体人民住有所居。
但销量暴跌30%
住房只是避风遮雨处，硬性攀比就是没成熟！这种事情只能悄悄地说，公开说出就是扰乱民心！！！！ 物价不跌，房价也是。

房子只要买下来了，同时就有了四种功能。出租、银行贷款、卖给别人、自己住。认为只有一种住的功能，说这句话的人，他的文凭是假的。
有一些人，他有很多钱。但是家里人没有什么劳动力。他买了一些房子，租给别人，获得租金。很多人买不起房子，有了租房源，他才能在城市立足。
恶意攻击买房人，得不偿失。认为房子价格会大跌，应该是国内爆发革命了。 跌是不可能的，只希望不要涨，就是买房住的人的福音了。
