小时接诊。</strong>有的群众出现发热症状，会认为自己只是普通发烧，拒绝去医院；有的群众会觉得自己没有外出旅行史，家人、邻居也都很健康，自行服药即可。但一些疾病早期以感冒发热症状为主，后期会发展变化，出现发热后不及时医治便会延误病情，建议群众不要自己硬扛。</span></section><section style="font-family: -apple-system, 2px;">其次，发热不代表要隔离。按照《江西省发热门诊基本设置标准（试行）》要求，目前我省各医院的发热门诊均相对独立，并设有留观室。所有到发热门诊就诊的患者，必须扫“健康码”入内，接诊医生在全面了解患者临床症状，询问流行病学史后，会安排核酸检测等相关检查。现在我省很多发热门诊已经配置了新冠病毒核酸快速检测设备，1-2小时内即可以出报告。若检查结果都正常排除新冠肺炎，医生便会开具分流诊疗单，方可离开发热门诊进行常规就诊，就诊完毕后可以回家。为避免造成交叉感染，患者挂号、就诊、核酸检测等检测的全流程在发热门诊内即可“一站式”解决，且有专人引导患者。</span> 同问，也是要跨省出差，比较担心这个业务
建议对社区的棋牌室、麻将馆定期消杀，春节之前至少消杀两次。有关部门应该立即组织督查。
