!important;">日常生活过程中不论是农村还是城市小区很多人有饲养动物的习惯，因饲养动物咬伤或造成他人损害的事件频繁发生，后产生赔偿争议的纠纷也很多，根据民法典的规定，饲养动物造成他人损害应当承担侵权责任，法律对侵权人设定的免责或减轻责任的情形标准很高，一般情形下不能减轻责任。宠物饲养者管理好饲养动物，避免造成他人损害；即便发生了侵权事件，应及时和解并赔偿受害人损失，不要千方百计去找受害人的过错而要求减轻责任，避免产生社会矛盾，养成良好的法治规则意识。</span></span></p></section></section></section></section><section
