1px;">周某某明知自己喝了酒仍驾驶机动车，抱着侥幸心理自认为“不会那么巧被交警撞上”，殊不知交警24小时在岗巡逻管控，然而自己还发生了事故，民警立马就赶往了现场并初步确认周某某存在酒后驾驶机动车违法行为，最终周某某酒精含量为:60mg/100mL，根据道路交通安全法之规定，民警对驾驶员周某某实施饮酒后驾驶机动车违法行为处以驾驶证一次性扣12分并暂扣驾驶证6个月罚款1500元，驾驶员周某某并负此次事故全部责任。</span></section><section
