是啊，本来规定了我们这边的路，是“禁鸣路段”，现在禁鸣路段不禁鸣了，反而变本加厉的催促前车、非机道上的电瓶车、自行车，经常是吓行人一跳，交警也不管管

我平常都不按喇叭的，可是经常碰见在等红灯的时候，好不容易我车道绿灯了，前面堵一排骑士，三轮车一动不动。也不知道是不是红绿灯没有他们喜欢的颜色，红灯的时候不走，绿灯了还不走。你说这种情况怎么办？
