“民警最终对罚款200元驾驶证记3分驾驶员未按规定架设三角牌的行为，罚款200元驾驶证记3分。”车子坏掉了，第一时间应该架设围栏防止安全事故，而不是悠闲挖地菜，罚款200元驾驶证记3分让他们长长见识，回头再重学交通规则。
