margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">一、十里片区两河治理赣北木材厂泵站北地块改造项目四址：十里片区两河治理赣北木材厂泵站北地块<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(79, 129, 189);"><strong>位于十里街道，东至十里大道，南至九江建行宿舍，西至十里河，北至赣北木材厂宿舍，共征收房屋面积约5000平方米，</strong></span>详见房屋征收规划红线图。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">二、该方案涉及的房屋所有权人对该方案有建议的，可在公告之日起30日内以书面形式向区房屋征收管理局（区住建局）反映。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">三、根据《条例》第十六条及第二十四条规定，区房屋征收管理局（区住建局）将依法对方案范围内未经登记的建筑进行调查、认定和处理，违法建筑一律不予补偿。工作人员违反规定给予补偿的，将根据《条例》第三十条规定，依法追究法律责任。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">四、根据《条例》第十五条规定，自即日起区房屋征收管理局（区住建局）将对房屋征收范围内房屋的权属、区位、用途、建筑面积等情况进行调查登记。调查结果将择期在征收范围内公布，请房屋所有权人给予配合。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
