58同城找的“安宝月子中心：不省心的月嫂，不靠谱的月子中心

sans-serif;">”</span>，以8800元/月的价格聘请了一位月嫂。通过微信沟通后，双方签订了电子合同，陈先生当时也支付了一笔2000元的押金。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">市民陈先生：“<span style="font-size: 15px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-family: 微软雅黑, Arial, sans-serif;">我老婆3月12号生的小孩，15号左右回到家，当天一个姓沈的月嫂就到我家来了，月嫂当天下午就好像不太用心照顾小孩和我爱人，对待小孩的态度是非常敷衍，到了半夜的时候小孩醒了，就不断地要我爱人去哺乳喂奶，而自己在旁边呼呼大睡。</span>”</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">陈先生认为这位月嫂很不专业，于是第二天陈先生跟安宝月子中心联系，要求更换月嫂，而对方却表示，陈先生一家人很不好说话，其他月嫂都不愿再来。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">市民陈先生：“<span style="font-size: 15px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-family: 微软雅黑, Arial, sans-serif;">那我就跟公司说，你就按合同要求来，实际她只做了一天的事，我还跟公司说我愿意付两天的钱，其它你就把两天以外的钱退给我，公司不愿意退，说是因为我们无理取闹违约了。</span>”</span></p><p 0);">记者在陈先生提供的电子合同上看到，合同第二条明确注明，丙方（月嫂）经甲方（陈先生）面试合格后，甲方应一次性向乙方（月子中心）支付定金，其中包含丙方的三天试用工资，使用满意之后，甲方将劳务费余款打到乙方账户。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">那么，对方为何不按合同约定履行义务？针对此事，记者随后根据陈先生所提供的位置来到了八角石原肉联厂附近，往返寻找了一个多小时也没发现这家“安宝”月子中心，随后打听到的情况让记者很惊讶。附近商家告知记者：“<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 15px;caret-color: red;">唐女士表示，陈先生当时不满意，她也进行过沟通，愿意帮忙更换月嫂，但陈先生表示不再需要，之后除去月嫂的两天工资加上合同注明的一项剖腹产条款加收300元，剩下的已经退还了1000元，有转账记录为证。“<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 微软雅黑, Arial,
