text-indent: 2em;">据这名业主介绍，1号楼是公寓房，房屋层高为4.2米。在拿到房屋钥匙后，他进行了装修，那时候物业没有告知要注意现浇隔层的高度。所以，在公寓现有的层高基础上，装修师傅按照2.1米多的高度隔层。但还没有等到入住，他就接到物业的通知，说现浇隔层高度不够，厨房要达到2.2米，浴室要达到2.4米，否则天然气开不了户。他说，买公寓主要是自住，洗澡做饭是免不了的，而且自己的公寓离2.2米高的隔层要求只差几公分，所以想找物业协商一下，但物业给出的解决方案是用电洗澡做饭，这成本如何承受的起，何况当初买这里的公寓也是因为可以使用天然气。用电洗澡还勉强可以接受，但天天用电做饭，他接受不了。后来物业又提出可以将厨房位置的隔层切掉，安装钢架隔离，达到高度要求后开户，但由此产生的工程费却要业主承担。他说，问题不是业主导致的，若开发商和物业当初就告知了大家，就不会出现这样的问题，所以费用不应该由业主承担。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
