line-height: 2em;">“之前就有楼顶业主占用公共区域加建了一层玻璃阳光房，楼下业主表示不满后发生过多次争吵。”16栋1单元的朱女士告诉记者，高层楼顶建阳光房影响到同栋业主们晾晒被子，高层住户的业主一般是不允许在室外晾晒，整栋楼也只有楼顶方便其他业主晒被子，如果把楼顶都做了阳光房，其他业主就没地方晾晒了。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 20px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 2em;">据该小区所属名居物业公司负责人介绍，小区有22栋楼，一共有56个单元;按住宅楼层可划分为小高层和高层的楼栋，大部分为2梯2户和2梯4户。小区最早交房时间为2015年，从2017年业主们开始装修，就陆续有楼顶业主搭建阳光房。物业人员发现后，就对其进行了劝导和阻拦，并告知楼顶私建行为存在安全隐患，但却见效甚微。物业公司没有执法权，最后也就不了了之。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 2em;">记者联系到浔阳区城管局，相关负责人回复称，小区内的违章建筑处罚权限已划分到白水湖街道，由街道综合执法大队进行执法。记者随后联系到白水湖街道综合执法大队，经现场查看，市民反映的御江一品小区楼顶违章搭建阳光房的问题，之前已下达过多次整改通知书进行预警，书面告知违章业主进行自拆。对于业主已搭成的建筑物，按照执法流程，首先要对市民反映的建筑物进行认定，全市中心城区的违章外立面建筑的认定资格由市自然资源局规划部门负责，经确认后如若属于违章建筑，则会出具《违章建筑认定书》。随后按照违章认定拆除的程序，依法依规进行拆除。一般而言，执法程序时间较长，为5-6个月。同时，执法部门会加大巡查力度，一旦发现有正在建的违章建筑，及时会进行拆除。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
