line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">根据相关文件精神，经濂溪区一届政府第66次常务会议研究同意，现就全区自来水价格实行城乡并网和开征污水处理费等有关事宜通知如下：<br/></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">一、调整全区自来水价格并实行城乡同网同价、具体标准如下：<span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);"><strong>居民用水30吨/月以内(含30吨)的一级用水户按1.49元/吨收费，</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);"><strong>30-50吨/月(含50吨)的二级用水户按2.23元/吨收费，50吨/月以上的三级用水户按4.47元/吨收费；非居民用水按2.23元/吨收费，特种用水按7.45元/吨收费。</strong></span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">二、开征污水处理费，具体标准如下：<span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);"><strong>居民用水每户用水量50吨以内(含50吨)按1.1元/吨收费，超过50吨部分按1.3元/吨收费；</strong></span>非居民用水(包括工业、行政、基建等行业)<span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);"><strong>按1.6元/吨收费，特种行业用水按1.8元/吨收费。</strong></span>区化纤工业基地污水处理费继续按《关于开征我省工业园区污水处理费的通知》赣发改收费字〔2012〕68号)文件执行，收费标准为1.91元/吨。以上污水处理费由区水务公司代征。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">三、减免范围和保障措施</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">(一)单位或个人自建污水处理设施，污水处理后全部回用，或处理后水质符合国家规定的排向自然水体的水质标准，且未向城镇排水与污水处理设施排水的，不缴纳污水处理费；仍向城镇排水与污水处理设施排水的，应当足额缴纳污水处理费。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">(二)城市环卫、园林、市政、消防，孤儿院、养老院(福利院)等公用事业用水，按照居民生活用水第一级价格执行。执行居民生活用水价格的非居民用户，其用水价格在居民生活用水第一级水价基础上加收0.01元/吨，即1.50元/吨。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">(三)价格调整后，对城乡低保对象、特困供养对象、重点优抚对象及社会福利机构实行污水处理费减免。其中城乡低保常补对象、享受国家定期抚恤补助待遇的优抚对象、特困供养对象全免，城乡低保非常补对象每户每月减免5立方米（吨）污水处理费标准，社会福利机构减半缴纳污水处理费，确保不加重困难群众负担。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">四、濂溪区水务公司要加强管理，调价后收入除了用于补偿供水成本，要继续加大对供水水质、供水安全、户表改造、水价政策性减免等投入和使用，确保调价收入使用规范；要不断加强企业经营管理，严格控制运营成本，提升行业服务水平，确保安全、高效、优质供水。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;
