15px;">对此，江西际民律师事务所律师柳林给出了建议：作为一楼、二楼、三楼的业主，如果他们认为造成他们漏水的主要原因是由于四楼的管道破裂所导致的情况之下，那么一楼、二楼、三楼的业主可以就他们的损失要求四楼的业主进行赔偿，大家在协商不了的情况之下，也可以通过诉讼的方式予以解决。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">柳林表示，四楼业主如果觉得自已委屈也可以主张自已的权益。“<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-family: 微软雅黑, Arial, sans-serif;">作为四楼的业主，如果认为这个管道破裂的原因并不是他装修或者使用过程中造成这样的破裂，认为是管道本身质量的原因，那么在诉讼过程中四楼的业主可以将开发商追加做为被告；如果说最终查实了管道破裂的原因是由于管道质量原因导致的，那么也不排除最终责任由开发商予以承担。但是作为一、二、三楼的业主他们的损失直接造成的原因由四楼业主的管道破裂造成的，所以他们在诉讼过程当中就是要把四楼业主作为被告。</span>”</span></p><section
