城市管理水平低下
九江的盲道是形式，大部分都不合格，盲人靠走盲道到时候会迷路的，因为无路可走。要么就会摔跤。

国棉一厂，浔阳西路瞰江郡南门
图一，二为现状，图三为2014年整洁干净的盲道，人行道。
这个水泥坡道本来是以前盖房施工时的便道，房子盖好了，绿化，盲道，水泥坡道没有恢复…希望这次浔阳西路绿化隔离带拆除改造施工能顺便把这问题解决。
