15px;">随后交警检查了事发地周边环境，发现虽然道路周边都被围上，但围栏里却并无施工痕迹，并且在围栏开口处也没有任何提示标牌，显然不符合有关规定。民警经过调查后发现，该施工围栏竟是违规建设，没有通过相关部门的审核。由于违规设立围栏，挡住了通道，围栏被路过群众私自拆除了一部分，施工单位无人管理，且没有设立提醒标志，给事故的发生提供了可乘之机。</span></p><p
