老业委会成员很热心是重点，是真的热心还是有所图谋，利益当中不言而喻，所以说业委会的成立一定兼顾公平，人都或多或少有私心，所以他们情愿被物业坑，也不愿业主委员会的人能有好处

社区搞筹备组选举的时候 实到人数不到应到人数一半 到场的个个都自荐有时间 人数不够社区现场电话点兵点将 贴公示的时候却一个个都见不到人 最后物业帮贴的 贴完公示 什么声音都没了你细品
审计是最麻烦的，每一笔都不能错
没有批下来是业主的万幸，要是批下来了就又多一帮大爷来管你们。
