我就遭遇高空抛物，车前挡被砸破，问警察回复说要去法院起诉，后自认倒霉，建议高空抛物和楼道电梯间停电动车尽快立法。

很简单：遇有高空抛物，必须立马报警！
光报警是没有用的，应该让抛物者挨板子！
很多年前，刚从小坝边的建行宿舍骑自行车过，上面掉下来一块砖头，还好没砸到我头上
应该从开发商那里抓起，凡是高层楼房就必须在设计和修建有统一的防护门窗、杜绝高空抛物，不然的话不许上市售卖。 我被洗发水的瓶子砸中过、当面质问她为什么高空抛物、“它”关窗闭户！:@
