color: rgb(55, 74, 174); outline: none 0px !important;">申请公租房的市民无需再提供未婚证明、未享受保障房证明、家庭成员关系证明、车辆证明、赡养抚养关系证明等多项证明材料，只需书面承诺即可，</span></strong>大大减少了办事群众负担。联审工作启动后，市、区、街道三级住房保障部门以短信通知相关申报家庭及时将申报资料交至所辖社区备审，并细心安排专人解答群众关于申报材料的各种问题，贴心指导群众完善各项申报材料，靠前服务安排相关社区接收群众的备审材料。经过一个多月的细致审核，经公示且无异议的共有1394户（含40户廉租房对象）顺利获得住房保障资格。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
