九江样本装修突然停工，浔南小区多名业主担心装修“烂尾”

text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 25px;">之后，记者也拨打了九江样本装饰设计工程有限公司负责人的电话，虽然电话接通了，但是无人接听。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 25px;">此外，九江样本装饰设计工程有限公司在浔南小区的工程监理刘先生表示，大概从6月5日起，他打公司老板的电话就没人接，也不知道是什么原因，工程上的事他说了不算，目前公司还拖欠着他们的工程款和工资，所以装修工程没办法继续进行，只有联系上老板，等老板出面才能解决这些问题，但是现在他也联系不上老板，也不知道该怎么办。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; 烂尾楼，是指已经办理用地、规划手续，项目开工后，因开发商无力继续投资建设或陷入债务纠纷，停工一年以上的房地产项目。通常是因为政府对房地产项目审批缺乏实际审核而项目资金缺乏没能完工的房地产项目。此外，还有因为产权发生纠纷的，工程质量不合格等原因而停工的项目，也算作烂尾楼。
烂尾楼形成的原因较多，例如：在建楼盘的开发商破产、缺乏建设资金、项目涉及经济纠纷、开发商违法违规而导致工程停工，等等。其中多半是因为资金链条断裂，工程未完，开发商已经拿不出钱来，银行也不愿继续贷款，而项目又无法转让给其他投资人，无奈中半拉子工程赤裸在烈日下，任凭风吹雨打。这样的例子有许多，而处置烂尾楼，也进而变成了地方政府长期的“心病”。
之所以造就烂尾楼，其主要责任方应该是政府部门朝令夕改，以至于中途变卦、最终走到难以收拾地界。

个人觉得造成停工可以双方再行商议，但是电话不接就有诈骗之嫌了，现在联系不上老板，可以直接去法院、也可以直接报警，和尚跑了庙还在。 在论坛看到好多装修公司都有问题 太坑啦 糟心 现在的装修公司咋都这样？ 真不知道谁是弱势群体！一定要维护自己的利益。
