最关键他联系都不联系我，拒签退回了两个属于我的快递。
他这种属于一种霸凌行为。
不经过别人同意，擅自强行处置别人快递。
九江百世快递电话过来沟通，说这种是正常现象，这就更厉害了。
这么大的问题居然在站点里面司空见惯，可想而知这个快递平素有多嚣张跋扈！
