!important;">经查发现，由你单位投资建设的九江洋街项目，在未办理施工许可证的情况下擅自违法违规建设，违反了《中华人民共和国建筑法》（主席令第46号）第七条和《建筑工程施工许可管理办法》（住建部令第18号）第三条的规定。且施工现场存在较大安全隐患：建设单位未聘请有资质的第三方监测单位对周边既有建筑物、构筑物开展监测，已接到市公安局指挥中心转交周边居民关于该项目违规施工导致房屋裂缝的投诉件；施工单位支护桩施工过程中未对周边建（构）筑物及地下管线开展监控监测及安全隐患排查；施工主要干道未硬化，大量裸露土方未覆盖，现场覆盖材料不符合要求；施工过程中项目主要管理人员项目经理经常性不能到岗履职。</span></p><p
