15px;">记者就此咨询了江西际民律师事务所的律师柳林，柳林分析，由于盗窃行为的所在地是个相对特殊的地方，更衣室作为隐秘性场所，无法安装摄像头，更多是作为随身衣物更换及存放的空间，同时游泳馆提供更衣室的储藏空间，是没有获取报酬而为消费者进行管理的。关于贵重物品，如果游泳馆有相关告知，比方说随身贵重物品另行存放前台有摄像头的位置，消费者也应当考虑贵重物品在相应的储藏位置进行储藏。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">综上所述，律师柳林认为，在浴室存放衣物的柜子，造成盗窃行为所产生物品损失的话，游泳馆没有部分赔偿义务。“<span style="caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-family: 微软雅黑, sans-serif;">游泳馆是不需要承担责任的，首先物品的遗失，多半是因为盗窃的行为所导致的，那么责任人而言，应当是由盗窃者来承担损失赔偿，对于游泳馆而言，无非就是我们现在讨论的问题就是他是不是有这样的管理人责任。</span>”</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">关于押金问题，柳林表示，押金收取的目的是在于要求消费者在领取浴室的柜子钥匙之后，能够在使用过后将钥匙归还，再原数退还押金，并不是归还钥匙的同时扣取了一定的费用。所以说押金的收不收取和是不是在期间有保管费用，是两个概念。</span></p><p style="line-height:
