color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;">九江聚德祥物业公司保安队长杨先生表示，地面的沟渠是他们挖开的，主要是商城的水管长期存在漏水等问题，商户也为此投诉过多回，暑期期间，学生都离校了，商城内人少了，所以就趁此做水网改造。因主水管和水表在广场的烧烤店前，所以在开挖沟渠时相对其他地段，沟渠宽度较大。其实烧烤店在经营中占用了广场的空间，这部分是公共区域，物业公司之前让他们缴纳这部分物业费，对方拒绝了，这些事凑到一起，几家店主就认为是针对他们，用沙石将挖好的沟渠回填了，还在上面铺设木板，继续占用公共空间营业。目前，双方已经协商好，白天施工，夜晚烧烤店可以铺设木板正常营业。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
