发现问题,解决问题才能安民心。 浔南悦都小区:中间户的次卧空调外机位更是搞笑,宽度刚好放下空调外机,但是是用混凝土做的,外机放下去没法散热,直接抬高了放,找物业协调物业也没办法,工程部直接不管。奇葩的设计导致外机往上抬了六七十公分,窗户都挡了光。

近期加州风情小区19栋2单元1楼二户商品房业主,私自侵占改变商品房用途,并乱搭乱建!私自侵占入户单元门两旁绿化带以及后门消防通道!围做起了盈利性质的疗养院!向物业反应后称19栋楼是未交付的!所以物业无权过问!但是在房产信息网上查询这栋楼是正常登记售卖的!1、针对乱搭乱建占用公摊绿化带的情况2、影响消防通道的情况3、私自改变商品房用途的情况需要有关部门予以处理!
