根源是规划的短视罢了。四码头周围的高楼都是20年内建起来的，并且又建了很多高层，超高层，车多算什么？户数更多了。平房没有了。全是高楼。土地容积率严重超高，别说是人了，就是养鸡场这么密的笼子，鸡也要打架的。
