按照自己的感觉去改造某某，初衷是好的，改造完本来一平米一块的租金变成了一百块，你让以前的商户怎么接着物美价廉，一改就死是一个奇怪的现象。给原产地农户提供这么个交易平台，市民农户双赢，你要是感觉有什么不妥之处就加点服务力量，千万不能大刀阔斧非给弄成五星农贸市场，结果好看的确好看了 以前的优势荡然无存。

假如装修一下，租金提高50%，菜价提高50%你还爱去吗？
除非是政府划拨专项资金补贴装修，还只是收收卫生费，不然这里一旦大动，有了二手房东就会拼命上涨租金，最终没有价格优势也没有价格优势，必然倒闭消失。成为停车场:lol

去年疫情过后鼓励夜市，现在也不怎么明面上提倡咯，今年张家界南京疫情一出，服务业（旅游、电影等扎堆）的，又要熄火几个月，民生多艰啊！ 去过几次，菜源很丰富，也新鲜实惠！就是离市区有点远。
