color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;">9时45分许，一名女子骑着一辆无牌二轮车载着2名未成年经过该路口，立即被交警拦下。“你这样很危险，知不知道骑车要戴头盔，而且只能载1人？”随后，民警让该女子出示相关证件，可是该女子均无法提供。“她这个车属于轻便摩托车，需要按照规定上牌照，同时，驾驶者需要有驾照。目前看来，她首先无证驾驶，我们将处于500元罚款且可以处以拘留；其次，其未按规定上牌，将处于200元罚款；第三，如果没有买保险，将处于保险额度双倍罚款。”</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; 在机动车道待转区画上绿色框框让非机动车先行，是不是暗示非机动车可以走机动车道（事实也是如此，双黄线也是一条道啊！）？在非机动车道画上停车位框框，是不是暗示机动车可以出入非机动车道？给两轮，四轮非机动电动车上牌就是让他们持照想走哪道走哪道（不走应走的道如何管理）？各车司机皆不知还有道。人行道、禁停线经常停满各种机动车和机动车，九江道路交通是乱到只有把脚抗肩上才能搞清楚走那条道了吧？
