text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(135, 70, 70); background: transparent;"><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">通 告</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br data-filtered="filtered"/></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">当前，疫情防控形势严峻复杂，按照《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》和新冠病毒肺炎“乙类甲管”相关要求，接种新冠病毒疫苗是每一位公民应当履行的责任和义务，适龄无接种禁忌人群应该做到“应接尽接”。为进一步巩固完善疫情防控成果，加快构建全市免疫屏障，有力保障全市经济平稳运行和社会和谐稳定，现就有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">一：</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">自8月19日起，<span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(79, 129, 189);"><strong>农贸市场、旅游景点（景区）、游乐场所、室内密闭娱乐场所、电影院、文化馆、图书馆、宾馆酒店、商场超市、医疗机构、交通场站、药店、健身房、网吧、学校、银行、办事大厅、办公场所等重点场所、公共场所及居民小区</strong></span>按照“谁主办（管理）、谁负责”的原则，安排专人对进入人员进一步加强健康码和新冠病毒疫苗接种记录“二码”联查。未接种新冠病毒疫苗的人员要核实登记其姓名、电话、身份证号、居住地址等信息后方可进入，做到“真查实登”。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">二：</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">各类重点场所和公共场所要将每日收集到的未接种新冠病毒疫苗人员名单每日报送属地乡镇（街道），村组（居民小区）直接报送至村委会（社区），每日逐级上报至辖区指挥部。由乡镇（街道）组织基层干部、网格员对有关人员未按时接种疫苗原因进行了解，做好面对面的宣传动员，积极引导并督促完成接种。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">三：</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">全市各级党政机关、企事业单位举办的会议、培训等，无接种禁忌症而未接种新冠病毒疫苗人员原则上不得参加。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">四：</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">各类工贸企业、公共服务行业单位业主或经营管理者承担从业人员“应接尽接”的主体责任，未应接尽接的由属地、行业主管部门纳入疫情防控重点对象管理。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">五：</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">严格落实疫情防控“五方责任”，对因未接种新冠疫苗（有禁忌症除外）而引发新冠病毒感染事件的，依法依规严肃追责。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">六：</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">需开具新冠病毒疫苗接种禁忌证明，请随身携带身份证及医疗机构相关诊疗记录、疾病证明等，前往指定医院开具。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">请广大市民出入重点场所、公共场所及居民小区时，积极配合相关管理单位，执行“二码”联查要求。为避免因接种疫苗不及时而带来出行和工作不便，特别提醒无禁忌而尚未接种疫苗的市民，尽快接种，共同形成免疫屏障，保障您和他人生命安全和身体健康。</span></p><p style="text-align: right; 难道，不能打疫苗的连超市都进不了吗？
如果因为没打疫苗不让进就打110或者市长热线举报限制公共场所通行自由，根据传染病法和疫苗管理法，新冠疫苗属于非免疫计划疫苗，是不能强制的，所谓的乙类病毒甲类管控，也是要经过国家机关申请备案并公示才能实施的，所以应该遵循国家卫健委的自愿原则，凡是与国家政策背道而驰的，都是在挑战国家权威，自立山头的违法行径，可以第一时间报警
