“30+10”“个性化定制”，“双减”落地九江校园迎来新变化

2em">9月1日下午4点20分，课后服务的第二节课，在九江市双峰小学的操场上，欢声笑语。经过一整天的紧张学习，五年级的学生们走出教室，在老师的带领下来到操场上，打篮球、跳绳......选择自己喜欢的运动。而在低年级的教室里，同学们则拿出了彩色画笔，在老师的辅助下，发挥着自己的想象力。<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px;line-height: 1.5em;white-space: normal;text-indent: 2em">“这是“双减”政策落地的第一个学期，我们双峰小学高度重视，同时我们也有一些新的亮点，首先，我们在课堂教学上推行了张明霞校长的提倡的“30+10”教学模式，其次，在课后服务方面，除了有老师精心辅导孩子们完成课后作业之外，我们的各科老师都充分发挥自己的特长，带着孩子们开展丰富多彩的活动，比如说阅读活动、文体活动、再比如说劳动实践、各个兴趣班还有社团活动也都在开展，满足孩子们的个性化需求。”九江市双峰小学教务处主任殷英说，除此之外，为了让“双减”政策更好的落地，学校还组织开展了关于“双减”、“课后服务”工作专题家委会代表会，征集家长们对于“双减”政策的意见，听取大家需求，改进了课后服务内容。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p></p><p></p><section 2em">“想去远方的山川想去远方的山川，想去海边看海鸥，不管风雨有多少，有你就足够。”同样是课后服务时间，在九江市同文中学的初中部，记者听到了教室里传来的歌声。“‘双减’背景下，九江市同文中学除了增加课后服务内容，包括开设体育类、艺术类等素质教育课程外，学校还在优化课堂模式、优化作业设计、优化考试等方面做出了新的改变。<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px;line-height: 1.5em;white-space: normal;text-indent: 2em">“作业分为必选，就是所有同学都要做的，那么这部分作业就比较精简，精是内容紧扣知识点、课标，简是不多不繁，另外，对于吃不饱的学生也会安排拓展内容，拓展的作业就是可以做，可以不做，工学有余力，那么，这样的话就是让学生的自主性更强点。”九江市同文中学教导处副主任吴占峰介绍说。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px;line-height: 1.5em;white-space: normal;text-indent: 2em">将学生的个性化教学设计纳入老师教研体系，根据每位学生情况，定制符合学生特点和学习规律作业，同时减少考试次数，提高命题质量。“作业批改，要求所有老师要全批全改，坚决杜绝让学生自批自改，还要杜绝让家长改，对于有不一样的拔尖学生，有兴趣爱好学生，还要面批面改。”除此之外,在教师的教育教学水平、课堂效率上，吴占峰也表示，“我们就在老师的备课方面，在作业的备课，我们也是作为重点来检查，作业真正落到实处。”</p></section></section></section></section></section><section
