笔者早上7点半左右，在市区走路，途径远洲宾馆一段路仅隔千步之远就发现三处有人“偷钓”，肯定没有“特批”，是自己批准的，，希望引起有关部门重视，按规定予以处罚。
刚路过还看到很多人拿着杆子钓鱼，好像还有锚鱼的，有关人员都没人管一样的 经常看到两湖岸丛中有人偷钓，而且巡护值班监督力量严重不足。
