九江开启首次物业信用评价考核！评分不合格将列入黑名单

text-indent: 2em; background-color: transparent;">企业和项目负责人信用评价。九江四部门依据相关规定，制定了《九江市中心城区2021年度物业服务企业和项目负责人信用评价实施方案》。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">《实施方案》规定信用评价范围为<span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);"><strong>浔阳区、濂溪区、柴桑区、九江经济技术开发区、八里湖新区建成区内</strong></span>已实施物业服务住宅小区的物业服务企业和项目负责人。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;
