濂溪区“五型”办回复：一、基本情况经现场调查，慧龙新城临街店铺确有部分商户违规占用公共停车位用于经营售卖自家车辆。二、处理情况2021年9月7日区城管局十里中队接到市民举报就到现场调查处理，发现大部分商家都能自觉遵守并规范经营，其中有4到5家商户将占道棚搭建在停车位上，区城管局十里中队对此行为进行了整改，拆除其占道棚并进行了暂扣处理。2021年9月17日区城管局十里中队再次到达现场巡查，发现已无占道搭棚现象，但有部分商家利用车辆占用公共停车位，因前期已经对该路段的商户进行规范并划商用停车位给予商家停放车辆，但有部分商户仍利用机动车及非机动停车位停放经营车辆及维修车辆。区城管局工作人员立即对该路段的违规商户下达整改通知，责令其立即纠正。三、下一步区城管局十里中队将加大对该路段的巡查力度，并联合交管部门，利用拖车对占用部分公共区域的车辆进行拖离，并对其进行处罚。

那地儿不行，我六年前有幸搬离那小区的，房卖了但地面车库七万都卖不出;P

有时候人行道/公交车站都被霸占了，好好的海绵道理现在到处是坑（维修点前面最多），就是没人管啊

那里卖车的应该全部赶到汽车站旁边的五金城去或者铜锣湾里面室外步行街一楼
