66);">（二）严禁未在公安交管部门注册登记的电动自行车、电动摩托车上道路行驶。</span></strong>非机动车未按照《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》相关规定登记上道路行驶的，依法处30元的罚款。机动车未悬挂号牌上道路行驶的，驾驶证记12分并处200元罚款。</p><p style="white-space: normal;text-align: left;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);">（三）严禁未投保机动车第三者责任险的电动摩托车上道路行驶。</span></strong>不按规定投保机动车第三者责任险的，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十八条第一款之规定，机动车所有人、管理人未按照国家规定投保机动车第三者责任强制保险的，扣留机动车至依照规定投保后，并处以依照规定投保最低责任限额应缴纳保险费的二倍罚款。</p><p style="white-space: 66);">（四）严禁驾驶电动自行车、电动摩托车闯红灯。</span></strong>非机动车不按照交通信号指示通行的，依法处30元的罚款。驾驶机动车违反道路交通信号灯通行的（即闯红灯），驾驶证记6分并处100元罚款。</p><p style="white-space: normal;text-align: left;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 那些地段是停不了车的，要不就是临时锁车，要不就是缴纳了15元的挪车费（按理车辆管理调度员白天应该迅速处理的）。
