margin-bottom: 25px;">您好！</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">按照国家、省市统一部署，我区即将启动3-11周岁人群新冠疫苗接种工作，为了帮助孩子安全、有序、及时、轻松接种新冠疫苗，我们特印发《致全区3-11周岁儿童家长的一封信》，希望得到您的大力支持和配合。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 0em;"><strong>一、疫苗接种的重要性和必要性</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">学校/托幼机构为人群聚集场所，是传染病易发高发之地，保护好学生的生命安全和身体健康是各位家长、各级政府、社会各界共同的期盼。目前，接种新冠肺炎疫苗是预防新冠肺炎病毒感染的最有效措施之一，也是每个公民的权力、责任和义务。为了孩子的身体健康，请各位家长主动了解新冠疫苗接种科普知识，正确看待、积极支持孩子接种新冠疫苗，预防新冠病毒传播。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 0em;"><strong>二、疫苗接种的安全性和有效性</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">截至目前，全国新冠疫苗接种已累计超过22亿剂次，覆盖全国11亿人口。我区已累计接种新冠疫苗13万余人，26万余剂次，全区未见严重不良反应，一般不良反应发生率低于同类常规灭活疫苗，我国新冠疫苗显示出良好的安全性。同时，受种者接种疫苗后体内能够有效产生保护性抗体，在一定程度上能够减少新冠病毒感染，而且能明显降低重症发生率。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 0em;"><strong>三、新冠疫苗的接种禁忌症</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">根据《 新冠病毒疫苗接种技术指南(第一版)》，通常的疫苗接种禁忌包括：（1）对疫苗的活性成分、任何一种非活性成分、生产工艺中使用的物质过敏者，或以前接种同类疫苗时出现过敏者；（2）既往发生过疫苗严重过敏反应者（如急性过敏反应、血管神经性水肿、呼吸困难等）；（3）患有未控制的癫痫和其他严重神经系统疾病者（如横贯性脊髓炎、格林巴利综合征、脱髓鞘疾病等）；（4）正在发热者，或患急性疾病，或慢性疾病的急性发作期，或未控制的严重慢性病患者。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">请各位家长了解接种前孩子的身体健康状况，如有感冒发热、处于急性疾病发作期及慢性疾病急性发作期等情况，建议暂缓接种。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 0em;"><strong>四、家长和孩子须知的其他事项</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">请各位家长在疫苗接种前和孩子加强沟通，做好孩子的思想引导，配合学校/托幼机构共同做好孩子的接种工作。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>1、新冠疫苗接种须与其他已接种的各类疫苗时间间隔至少14天，如近期孩子已接种其他疫苗的，请家长及时告知老师，儿童14天内不能接种新冠疫苗。接种了狂犬疫苗的儿童需等全程完成14天后才能接种新冠疫苗。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">2、接种前1天至接种后3天，建议清淡饮食、多喝水，生活规律、按时作息，避免剧烈运动、劳累。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">3、提醒孩子当天穿宽松的衣服以方便接种。接种当天注射部位要注意局部卫生，避免揉搓、泡水等，以防诱发皮肤感染。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">4、由于个体差异，极少部分人接种后可能发生轻微不良反应。疫苗接种后常见不良反应为注射部位可能出现疼痛、触痛、红肿和瘙痒，一过性发热（以38.5℃以下为主）、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、食欲减退等症状，短期内会自行消失，不需特殊处理。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">5、由于儿童少年心理发育还不完善，部分受种者容易发生心因性反应。请各位家长在接种前加强和孩子的沟通，给孩子树立信心，避免对其进行不良反应的暗示和诱导。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>6、请家长（特指父母）陪同孩子携带双方的身份证件（如身份证或户口本）、儿童预防接种证到辖区指定新冠接种点，按信息登记、健康询问（须如实告知儿童近期身体健康状况）、签署《知情同意书》、验证疫苗信息、接种疫苗、接种后现场留观30分钟的顺序与流程完成疫苗接种。如果不是父母陪同，可委托其它监护人，但必需提供委托书、被委托人的身份证。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">7、新冠灭活疫苗需接种2剂次，两剂次间隔21-56天。请各位家长牢记接种时间，第1针剂满21天后及时接种第2针剂，完成全程接种才能有效产生抗体。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px; line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;">8、根据3-11周岁儿童生活、学习的规律和特性，将妥善安排好接种时间和地点，具体安排以学校/幼儿园的通知为准。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px;
