outline: none 0px !important;"><span style="color: #e36c09;"><strong>一、强化金融支持服务。</strong></span>在延续既有ETC金融服务的同时，支持商业银行遵循风险可控和市场化原则办理货车ETC信用卡业务，用于通过ETC交纳货车通行费。支持商业银行推出小额贷款、银行账户预存资金等多样化产品和服务，优化业务流程，为货车用户提供更多选择。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit;
