vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">11月16日晚8时30分，记者来到十里河生态公园，远远的就听到有人在唱歌。只见一辆三轮机动车上放着几个大音响和液晶电视，上面贴着两个收费二维码。此时，一名老者正在高歌当中，几名好友则坐在椅子上欣赏，记者站在旁边，被这大型音响震得耳朵发麻。由于音响声音巨大，路人都匆匆远离，生怕呆久了耳朵会受不了。周女士告诉记者，这家露天KTV收费便宜，吸引了不少老年人过来唱歌，一些消费者唱歌如鬼哭狼嚎，大家真的是受不了。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">据周边小区物业反映，这家露天KTV由于噪音太大，小区居民向物业也多次反映，可是物业又没有执法权，只能劝他们把声音降低。“他们一般从晚上7点开始，10点才结束，有时生意好还会守到11点，我们向有关部门反映，也没见有人过来管管。”居民卓先生表示，家里有高龄老人晚上睡得早，这么大的噪音已经影响了老人，希望相关部门过来管一管，规范他们在合理的音量下、合法的时间内文明经营。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
