box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">“这套房是我外公于1954年建成的老宅，那时办理的是地契证，位于武警招待所旁边。”高先生告诉记者，1989年征收了老宅的部分面积，将地契证交给了相关部门。2005年，高先生通过二手房转移过户到了自己名下。时隔30多年，高先生却一直未办理土地证。高先生了解到，2016年最新政策要求是办理房产过户交易必须要“二证合一”，也就是房产证和土地证齐全才能办理不动产转移登记手续。他希望对历史遗留的私房给予补办相关土地信息，便于上市交易买卖。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 2px;
