vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;">为保证顺利申领、使用电子驾驶证，申领时“交管12123”APP会提示申请人电子驾驶证电子照片拍摄或上传的要求，请在申请前认真阅读。1、背景白色、拍照环境光线均匀，申请人坐姿端正，双肩水平，表情自然，正视镜头。2、着深色衣服、免冠，头发不遮盖面部、耳朵，发型不凌乱、蓬松，不化浓妆，不着制式服装，不戴口罩、墨镜、帽子、围巾、饰品。3、不得衣衫不整、着过于暴露服饰，不作夸张姿势，不打手势，不眨眼睛。4、不得上传不符合社会主义精神文明建设，违反社会主义道德风尚、违背社会公序良俗的标识、数字、字母、文字等有关内容。5、不得上传违反中华人民共和国法律、法规及政策规定的有关内容。6、应上传近6个月内的证件照片，不得对人像特征进行技术处理，不得使用合成相片。需要提示的是，请严格按照要求拍摄和上传照片，避免过度修图，对恶意上传、使用违规照片的，公安交管部门将停止电子驾驶证申请使用，并将按照有关规定进行处理。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
