text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: #e36c09;"><strong>杭瑞高速九瑞段涌泉服务区至南阳隧道路段</strong></span>，由杭瑞高速、福银高速往返东西部地区车辆经由该路段，造成车流量爆涨。进入服务区休息排队车辆较多，容易造成服务区路段拥堵。桂林隧道一南阳隧道为隧道群，车流量较大时进入隧道前会减速，易引发拥堵。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit;
