vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;">记者陪同汪先生来到小区物业公司。据工作人员介绍，现在小区还没有移交到公司，具体情况要咨询开发商。在售楼部，一名李姓负责人接受了记者采访。据其解释，6栋一楼的“社区居家养老服务”是政府要求建设的，不光一期有，二期楼盘中还有两处，是公益设施，不存在影响业主的生活，请大家放心。至于汪先生等业主所说房子延期交付问题，主要是受新冠肺炎疫情影响，项目面临建筑工人无法准时到岗、建筑材料和工程设备无法按时到场等多重困难，项目施工节点也因此不得不一再推迟，因此交房日期只能延期了。李姓负责人表示，他们将排除困难，尽早将房子高标准交到业主手上。至于延期多久，李总表示要看项目进展，具体时间不定，但是如果超出国家规定交付的时间，他们将会按照合同约定支付违约金。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; 御府不能用，豪庭难道能用？非要取这么霸气名干嘛？叫庐山民居比较好。
都在延期交房不烂尾就好
拿着疫情当幌子！
这图片里面看着房子都已经达到了交付具备的条件了，又不是说还是处于那种叙利亚风格的状态，受疫情的影响，全国各地的地产商，都可以合法的延期交房，2~4个月不等！楼主不用担心。
