white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;">“1月9日中午1点多，回家进门看到房间内有大量污水，家里全部被水泡了，地面淹了有3公分。”王女士是观澜盛世北区1栋3单元306室的业主，她告诉记者，当时整个房子全被水淹了，3个卧室地板受损最为严重。发现家中水淹后，她就立马向物业反映，并和物业保安、保洁一共5人对地面污水进行清理。“从中午开始清理，我先用塑料碗舀出脏水，然后再用吸尘器进行吸水处理，最后搞到凌晨才把水清完。”王女士说，1楼商铺的业主沈女士8日白天就向物业公司反映过渗水，由于是周六，物业公司未接电话，也没有派人及时进行下水管道疏通，才会导致污水反流到自家。“实木地板、墙面等损失较大，需要重新更换新的装修材料。”</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;">记者随后来到王女士家中看到，3个卧室靠墙面的地板已被掀开透风，用手接触木板底部仍有水，未完全干透；地脚线的木板仍可看到水渍；在厨房的实木柜上有厚厚黄色污垢。一旁的王女士指着厨房下水管说道：“污水就是从厨房的下水管反流到家中。”物业公司作为小区物业的管理者，对小区公共设施设备有维护、修缮、服务与管理的责任。王女士认为，地下水管属于公共设施，发生堵塞时，物业公司未尽到疏通和定期维护的责任。王女士便向爱信物业公司提出了更换木地板的赔偿，预算造价约有2.6万余元。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
