font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">“回忆起四个月的训练时光，更多是学会了坚持和拼搏！在进入彩排之前，光是这样的日常训练我们就进行了数十次。正式彩排时，还会先进行一次小规模预热排练，之后是正式的联排，配合现场的标兵一起进行。我记得最长的一次举牌训练，持续举了大概50多分钟。”彭子馨告诉记者，四个月的封闭集训，训练基本是从早到晚的，每天训练时间是中午12点到晚上10点，每天的训练内容有基本的行进姿态、举牌手势的训练及步伐的大小和步速的控制等，而且91个人的走路步伐、行进仪态、举牌姿势都要保持高度统一，站立训练一站就是半小时到一个小时，虽然枯燥无味也很辛苦，但大家没有一个人退缩，都尽自己最大的努力，以最好的状态参加训练，咬紧牙关坚持了下来。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">“对于每一次的训练，不管是正式队员还是替补队员，大家都非常认真地参与其中，不管最后是否能够上场，也要努力把自己最好的状态展现出来。有时候在现场排练时天气特别冷，虽然冻得失去了知觉，但是大家仍然都在坚持。”彭子馨说，大概排练进行到11月底时，她发生了一个比较严重的意外，不小心从台阶摔下来导致脚崴了。非常珍惜这次机会的她，生怕自己的位置被替换掉，因此没有跟任何人知声，咬紧牙关坚持到当天的训练结束，再去药店偷偷买来喷雾和膏药，此后的训练她也是一场未落！</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
