开学不愁！青年路“白改黑”一阶段完工通车

有些时候为了完成任务“抢”出来的东西并不一定好。沿途几个进出路口新建路面与原路面相差较高，不能做一点点缓坡解决这“最后一公里”的问题？要不好事也变坏事，好好的路变成老百姓嘴里怨声载道的祸。

南海路路口没有完工，怎么说全部通车呢？只能说主路面全部完成。
