2、该小区道路狭窄，地下管线复杂，交通疏解困难，无法多开工作面，施工难度大，现场施工以人工开挖为主，导致该区域暂未进行改造；
3、考虑到春节期间不影响居民过节，由社区牵头组织各方协调要求节前暂停施工，致使该区域未能及时进行排水改造，现拟定2022年2月24日对该小区进行复工，定于4月10日完工；
4、收到该小区化粪池冒溢通知后，我单位立即组织人员对小区进行清掏并核查冒溢原因，初步排查结果为小区因厕纸及生活垃圾通过排水管进行排出造成管道堵塞发生污水冒溢现象；
5、在此呼吁小区居民养成良好生活习惯，做好生活垃圾的管理，谢绝通过排水管道排放厕纸、生活垃圾等，避免造成排水管道堵塞。 更进一步
