九江外堤破坝真正原因， 是1995年瑞昌(4.9级地震。给大堤留下了隐患，破坝地方正是长江一个拐点，豆腐渣工程不堪一击。
那时候我还去九棉一厂找同学玩，爸妈打电话催我回家 一到家就听说九棉一厂被洪水淹了
