vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em;">道路交通是我们生活中不可缺少的一部分，交通安全与我们每个人息息相关、密不可分。在车水马龙的城市交通要道上，总有一些人交通安全意识淡薄，为图方便省事闯红灯、随意加塞、翻越护栏等，种种不良行为导致交通要道上险象环生。严峻的现实给我们敲响了警钟，开展文明交通专项整治刻不容缓，而且必须保持常态化。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">经过记者几天的观察发现，在有交警、志愿者的路口、路段，市民均能遵守交通规则，而在没有交警、志愿者的路口、路段，行人、骑车市民则比较随性，许多骑电动车的人“不走寻常路”，都在机动车道上穿行，让两侧设置的非机动车道“形同虚设”。采访中，对于非机动车“抢道”机动车的行为，市民黄先生表示，“每次看到电动车在机动车道上行驶，都替这些电动车驾驶人感到担心。”</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">4月3日，记者来到烟水亭十字路口，在路口观察时，记者看到，经过这几年的交通文明整治，交通乱象有了明显改变，但仍然存在不少交通违法行为。其中，两轮车不按规定车道行驶、行人乱闯红灯、驾乘电动自行车不佩戴安全头盔、逆向行驶、电动车非法安装遮阳伞等交通违法现象比较严重。“哎呀，我就到前面路口，就逆行一小段路，没事的。”记者拦下一名骑电动车逆行的市民，表示这段路属于逆行，该市民说了几句话后，匆匆离开。另外，由于烟水亭公园是老人们经常活动的场所，老年人过马路不看红绿灯现象也比较严重。“之前也有相关部门进行整治，可是这些老人就是不遵守，也拿他没辙。”一位家住附近的市民说道，“老年人这样乱穿马路真的太危险了。”说话间，一位老年人全然不顾信号灯为红灯，直接过马路，看着车辆从他身边擦身而过，旁观者都不由得替他捏了一把汗。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
