企图盗墓敛财，3名“摸金校尉”难逃法网

line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">据了解，吴某欣自幼爱好研究古玩、风水知识，并因共同爱好结识彭某锋、易某思。三人在利益的驱使下，错把爱好当成敛财手段，共谋盗墓计划。2020年4月至6月，三人利用手机下载“某地图”软件并结合所掌握的风水知识，在江西境内搜寻风水宜处，经过地图确定，发现永修县某镇上疑似有一座古墓葬，随后利用探针打入地下探测该古墓真实性，然后分工协作，利用一些普通农具进行挖掘，盗取古墓中的随葬品。作案后将盗取的随葬品带至彭某锋的租住房，由其负责清洗、修补和联系买家销赃，变卖所得均分，残次品则交给易某思抵扣垫资。 </p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
