vertical-align: baseline; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); white-space: normal;">记者从市公安局机动支队获悉，此次专项整治行动由公安、城管等执法部门依照法律法规对张贴、喷涂、刻画“牛皮癣”广告行为的当事人进行查处，并逐步走向常态化，形成长效管理机制。主要由执法人员、物业公司、街道、社区工作人员在日常巡查过程中发现“牛皮癣”广告，并进行拍摄取证，是九江本地号码的，移送城管部门处理；非九江本地号码的，移交公安部门处理。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
