我认为，网络是社会生活的虚拟反映，为上网学习，了解国家和世界的信息极其方便；同时，网络也不是法外之地，一样接受法律管辖和制裁；根据这两条，我以为，上网必须做到： 1，健康上网，通过上网，了解国家及各地以及世界的信息，把网络作为获取知识的园地，如通读《红楼梦》、《封神演义》、《三国演义》、《水浒传》、《西游记》等名著，少看或基本不看“抖音”，不提倡沉迷于网络游戏；
2，文明上网，正确处理上网与学习的关系，谣言止于智者，坚持客观真实，不编发未经证实的信息； 3，绿色上网，熟悉上网的安全通道，不留垃圾给别人，也不进垃圾网站，不随意加入陌生的Q群； 4，安全上网，相信天上不会掉馅饼，不轻信无故获奖、欠费、优惠套餐等信息。不随意网购，不轻易向对方付款或提供银行卡密码，警惕网络诈骗。 网络指导社会生活：遵守交通规则，红灯停，绿灯行，坚持有氧锻炼；不随地吐痰，不乱扔垃圾；天热不打光膀子，坚持交友益友，绝不损友，坚持原则，待人和气；乘公交不和年轻人争高峰，不与学生抢高潮等等。
要坚决抵制不良诱惑，与网络谣言的发布作斗争。要树立文明上网的意识，对自己的行为负责。不轻信网络谣言，发现有不真实的网络视频可以向有关部门举报。 文明上网，从我做起：1、只浏览绿色安全健康网站。2、不传播谣言。3、不下载违法app。4、不点击来历不明的链接。 争做网络文明传播志愿者

网络文明，从我做起 严于修身，严于律己。要学会修身养性，学会自控，加强自我防护意识和抵御外来诱惑的能力。网络虽然虚拟，但毕竟是人与人交流的大平台，属于公共空间。在网络中要跟我们在日常生活中一样，养成良好的习惯，讲文明话、做文明事，注意提高内在的修养，“诚于中”才能“形于外”。要懂得调节自己的情绪、控制自己的情绪，越是在信息混乱、众说纷纭的时刻，越是要冷静处置，没有能力拨乱反正，起码要自我警醒，避免感情冲动、徒生事端。 明是非、辨真假，坚决抵制不良信息。网络能给我们带来极大的便利，这是我们应当善用的益处，更要自觉抵制网络的阴暗面，不但自己不造谣生事，面对虚假信息不以讹传讹。当然，面对热点问题，正确发表自己的看法无可厚非，但是在网络出现不文明行为的时候，也不能选择漠视，在遵守法律和道德准则的前提下，说句公道话和扶起一位老人一样值得赞美。 诚实友好，尊重他人，诚信上网。文明的传播，是自觉自愿、是无声无息，是一种潜移默化的养成，它溶于我工作中的方方面面和生活中的点点滴滴。我们在网络上与人交流，要做网络文明的传播者，从自身做起，注意自己的一言一行，使用文明的语言，杜绝网络暴力、网络欺诈，自觉净化网络空间。 1、文明上网，传播正能量，不传播谣言
