鼎通马路上划线就收费，只要能停车的地方就有它划线，算不算霸王。。。 巨多反映的1、小区物业高收费低服务算一个吧，2、停车收费业务老大某鼎公司算一个吧，3、四S店高收费他们说了算一个吧:lol（还有什么呢…下回揭晓）
